01 The brief

Launch Jubel's new glassware on floors 68 to 72 of The Shard: a live band, the brand around the room, and every piece of kit up through multiple lifts.

02 What we did

We planned every point load against the floor limits and built a light, mobile set-up: a 4m x 2m band stage, FBT Vertus PA and Allen & Heath SQ5, battery speakers on a wireless link, and architectural lighting on The Shard's own structure. Custom gobos projected the Jubel logo, and we rigged their neon and lit the ice sculpture.

03 The result

Built in 2 hours, live for 350 people, and back down the lifts within an hour. RAMS and venue paperwork signed off before load-in.
